International Plaza and Bay Street, an enclosed, two-story regional shopping center with an adjacent outdoor lifestyle center, is located on the southeast edge of the Tampa International Airport. It features 200 specialty stores and 15 restaurants, plus Neiman Marcus, Nordstrom, Dillard’s and Renaissance Tampa Hotel International Plaza. Shopping hours are 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. Monday through Saturday, 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. Sunday.

Do you have an elevator? Where is it located?

Elevators are located at Grand Court, next to Dillard's & Nordstrom and at Bay Street.

Where is the food court?

International Plaza's Food Court is located on the upper level near the Bay Street entrance.

Do you have valet service?

Valet service is located at the entrance to Bay Street near The Cheesecake Factory and The Capital Grille. A $6 parking fee is required everyday. Umbrella escorting is also available. There is also more valet parking available at Ocean Prime and Crate & Barrel.

Do you have a children's play area?

Round-up the kids for a fun-filled family outing at our new Tampa Bay Rays Looney Tunes Ball Park play area! There's a new adventure at every turn and plenty of activities for everyone to enjoy. Every day is opening day at this ball park presented by the Tampa Bay Rays. The Play Area is closed to be sanitized daily from 2 p.m. to 2:30 p.m.

Do you have mall walking available? Mall walkers are welcomed at International Plaza. The mall walker entrance is at the lower level entrance next to Nordstrom near Parking Deck B and is opened daily at 7AM.

Restaurants are primarily located on Bay Street Bay Street, International Plaza's outdoor village. Please browse through our Restaurant listing for more information and locations.

Where are the pay phones?

Pay phones are located on the Upper level in the Food Court.

Where is the Lost and Found?

Please report any lost or found item to our Concierge Desk/Visitor Center representatives or any of our security officers.

Bank of America ATM's are located at the base of escalators in Nordstrom & Dillard's courts, upper level near Nordstrom, Food Court and on Bay Street next to TooJay's Original Gourmet Deli.

Where do I get strollers/wheelchairs?

Strollers and wheelchairs (motorized available) are complimentary and are located at our Concierge Desk located in Grand Court on the lower level. The most convenient parking for the Concierge Desk is near Nordstrom. They are available at a first come first serve basis and require a refundable deposit of $5.
